Terms and conditions:

• In order to recharge your bracelet to be used at "Unite With Tomorrowland 2018 - Italy" it is necessary to complete the procedure of association of your ticket (through the unique ticket code, provided by Ticketone spa and / or Ovm srl to each final user, and register with the Playpass portal via the link provided.

 

• It is possible to recharge the bracelet before the event, as the Playpass recharge platform (webapp) is made available by Overmind / Ovm srl / Fep group srl, with specific communication on the official online channels of Overmind and Tomorrowland.

 

• By reloading the bracelet online, the selected top-up amount (in EUR) will be transformed into "tokens (tokens)" - the only currency that can be used within the event to purchase any service.

 

• Tokens reloaded both before the event and during the event are not refundable once purchased, and will be valid for use only until the end of the "Unite With Tomorrowland 2018 - Italy" event, or until hours 02:00 am on 07/29/2018.

 

• Before the event, it will be possible to top-up the tokens that can be used exclusively for the purchase of food & beverage during the event. Tokens that can be used to purchase the official "Tomorrowland" merchandise will be available for purchase only and directly at the event venue.

 

• The bracelet and tokens are personal and are not transferable in any way to third parties.

 

• In case of theft or loss of the bracelet, it will be possible to request a new one at the info point present inside the event area. In case of release of a new bracelet, a fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged.

 

• Before the event, the bracelet can only be recharged by electronic payment / credit card. During the event it will be possible to top up the bracelet with both cash and credit cards.
