TUENTS: THE ONLY PAYMENT METHOD AT THE FESTIVAL
WHAT CAN YOU PAY FOR USING THE WRISTBAND?
Everything: from food and drink to merchandising.
1. HOW TO TOP-UP YOUR WRISTBAND
ONLINE: here using your ticket code.
If you link your account to a credit card you can top-up automatically at bars, food or mechanising outlets when your balance becomes depleted. The top-up amount will be the same as the initial credit.
Free t-shirt if you add 20 tuents before 21/10.
2017 edition t-shirt. Offer valid for the first 100 top-ups.
Collected at the BIME PRO top-up station. At BIME LIVE on the BIME 2019 stand.
AT THE FESTIVAL: using a festival top-up station. In cash or by card.
2. CHECK YOUR BALANCE
At any top-up station or payment device.
3. GET YOUR MONEY BACK
- IF YOU HAVE TOPPED-UP ONLINE There is no need to do anything!: Any unused funds will be fully refunded to the card you used for the online credit during the week of 5 November.
- IF YOU TOPPED-UP USING A TUENTS CASH POINTS: you can request a refund at any Tuents Cash Points. With no minimum amount, nor extra fees.
- Refunds can also be requested via the refund portal that will be live between 30 October and Monday 12 November at the festival website, with no minimum amount and a €1 transfer fee.
- Remember to keep your wristband to request the refund.
4. EXCHANGE ANY LEFTOVER TUENTS
Leftover tuents are worth twice as much at BIME: not only can they be cashed in for Euros, but also remain on wristbands, where they can be exchanged for gifts when returned.
If you have any BIME Tuents left you can still use them by exchanging them at gigastuenti.es.
At BIME any money left on your wristband can also be exchanged for Gigs at Tuenti, food and ticket discounts… you’ve got 60 days to do so from the end of the festival!
You come out winning, regardless of whether you’re a Tuenti customer not. Exchange your Tuents at www.gigastuenti.es
Option not valid if you request a refund on-site.
5. WRISTBAND COLLECTION
To collect your wristband you must present your ticket or pass at the festival exchange point. The wristband can be used to access the site and pay for anything at the festival. If you have already topped-up online, your money will be loaded onto the wristband.
Can I top-up two wristbands from the same account?
No. Each wristband is a separate account and must use a separate email address.
What should I do if my wristband is lost or stolen?
Go to the “incidents” desk immediately with your ticket. We will deactivate your missing wristband and give you a new one (always remember to carry your ticket with you so you can recover your data).
Does the wristband employ a secure payment system? How does it prevent fraud?
Yes, the wristband uses a secure payment system. Its embedded microchip avoids fraud and ticket counterfeiting. Each wristband and embedded chip are personal and non-transferable.
